EVENT POLICIES

All Medicine for Modern Times events are for intended for an adult audience. All audience members must be 18 years or older. People ages 15-18 are welcomed but must be accompanied by an adult.

We suggest this because of the deep emotional work or subjects that may be covered which are not indented for a younger audience.Medicine for Modern Times offer a full refund for all cancellations of 14 days or more. Cancellations received within less that 14 days cannot be refunded.

STORE POLICY

PrivacyMedicine for Modern Times not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy below for more information.

DeliveryDigital Goods will be delivered within 24 hours via electronic download. Physical Goods will be shipped within 48 hours of confirming inventory availability via Royal Mail or United States Postal Service.

Refunds & CancellationsDigital Goods: Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot refund digital goods purchases.

Physical Goods: All Requests for refunds and/or cancellations will be processed within 5 business days. Requests for refunds should be emailed to rich@richardlister.com . We are happy to refund any defective physical goods bought from the Medicine for Modern Times Store /Richard Lister.com store within 30 days of purchase.

Those participating within the session must be 18 years or older.Information provided during sessions should not be used as a substitute for medical advice; always consult a medical practitioner. You are responsible for the time and date of your session. Please note that our system will offer you Rich’s availability based upon your selected time zone. All sessions will take place on Zoom and therefore it is important to acquaint yourself with this application if you are unfamiliar.You are welcome to record your session. It is considered for personal use only. Please advise Rich if you would like a recording.

If you are late for the session Rich will do his best to honour your time but sadly cannot go over the time allocated for your session due to his schedule.If you feel the session is not working for you or is not what you expected, you have every right to call it to an end. We invite you to know this within the first 15-20mins of the session and a full refund will be offered. If you do not say anything at the time Medicine for Modern Times cannot offer a refund at a later time.Medicine for Modern Times follow a strict cancellations policy. For sessions cancelled with 72 hours advance of the session a full refund will be given. For cancellations within 48 hours an alternative time will be offered and for cancellations within 24hours no refund will be offered. However, as a service dedicated to growth will take each situation into account.
